How do I add a widget to my Home Screen?
Long-press on your Home Screen, tap the "+" button in the top corner, search for "Okay", choose a widget size, and tap "Add Widget".
How do I add a widget to my Lock Screen?
Long-press your Lock Screen, tap "Customize", select the Lock Screen, tap the widget area below the clock, search for "Okay", and add the widget.
How do I change my notification frequency?
Open Okay, go to Settings (gear icon), tap "Reminders", and adjust how many times per day you'd like to receive affirmations and the time window.
How do I change the background theme?
Go to Settings, tap "Appearance", and choose from the available themes. Premium themes are available with an Okay Premium subscription.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open your device Settings, tap your name at the top, tap "Subscriptions", find Okay, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Okay, go to Settings, scroll to the Premium section, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Okay purchase, and submit a refund request.
My notifications stopped appearing.
Go to your device Settings, tap "Notifications", find Okay, and make sure notifications are enabled. Then open Okay and go to Settings → Reminders to verify your schedule. Notifications refresh when you open the app, so opening it once a week keeps them active.
My widget shows the same affirmation.
Widgets update every 30 minutes automatically. Opening the main app triggers a fresh sync to the widget. If the widget appears stuck, remove it and re-add it.
